Long after Goldilocks discovered what was just right for her in the three bears’ house, the world was introduced to Lagom Kids in 2016. Helmed by entrepreneurs Toni and Anna, the philosophical roots of the brand were seeded by their early life experiences as kids.
Toni and Anna may have grown up worlds apart, but they shared the same free spirit of adventure, exploration and self-discovery as young girls.
Anna grew up exploring the backwoods of Rönninge, a small town south of Stockholm in temperate Sweden, while Toni led a merry band of siblings and neighbours on small outdoor adventures in a kampung in sunny Singapore.
They shared the same philosophy of adventure, exploration and self-discovery and carried that into adulthood as they established their individual careers. Toni worked her way up the ranks in the corporate world, and Anna etched her mark as a sought-after designer with internationally established creative agencies.
Toni and Anna eventually crossed paths, leading to the realisation that the time was just right for them to come together and work on something special.
With Lagom Kids, the pair bring their passion and collective life experience as individuals, wives and mothers with their own families to inspire play, stories and confidence to a new generation of children through comfort, exploration and experience.
